He appeared on the census of 30 March 1851 #8 - Spalding Roadside, Sutterton, LIN (Richard Westmoreland, head, 67, labourer, b. Wigtoft; Elizabeth, wife, 55, b. Frampton; Charles son, 36 married. labourer, b. Bicker; Jane dau. 33, married, b. Bucknall; Parker son, 19 U., labourer, b. Sutterton).

Algarkirk; John Adlard, 63, pauper/part.blind, lodger, b. Swineshead).

Dorothy Wedderburn in Johannasburg, SA.  He emigrated from Australia with brother Henry Hooper before 1918 (migrated from Australia to South Africa then to England).  He was killed in a flying accident whilst in the RAF on 20 Aug 1918.
  •  54 iii. Henry Hooper, b. 1897 Richmond, VIC, AUS; m. Maud Miller (formerly Muller).  He emigrated from Australia with brother Edwin Herbert before 1918 (migrated from Australia to South Africa then to England).    He returned to South Africa to work on the Cape to Cairo railway, returning to England from Lobito Bay in 1928.
